Ok, so an update. The leak came back and sure enough its the starter gasket. So I gotta wait till they call me with the gaskets in stock and they will repair it. Kinda a huge job. The primary has to be pulled which I knew, but they have to pull the exhaust, drive cover, and possibly oil lines to get the starter off. Thank God its under warranty.
