There is no accounting for doing the job incorrectly.

On the basis I managed to do it most anyone should be able!

I was an auto mechanic for 38 years. Just never worked on a Harley. But being very mechanically inclined, I learn fast. I now have it all down solid as far as the clutch goes. Working on actual mechanical parts is SO much easier than working on all the computerized RUBBISH that newer cars have.

Well after a zillion other things got in the way, I finally got the clutch done. FAG 7200-B-JP bearing, Barnett Kevlar clutch, all new gaskets and seals. I took my time and cleaned everything. It was dirtier behind the primary cover than I expected for the mileage, but no actual pieces of metal. Both the bearing and "grenade plate" were still in one piece and looked good. Everything came apart and went back together without a hitch. Bike runs and rides great, and the clutch works perfectly. Now I no longer have to worry about the clutch blowing up out on the road. Riding season is pretty much here in AZ. Daytime temperatures are dropping below 100 degrees F. Thanks again for all the help.
