I think not, they took the first two pics, then laid the bike on the ground and he is all concerned with his knee when it's head that should have taken the hit. They put the stick on the wrong side of the forks for the picture, because; obviously they never tried this in real life. (And yeah, I did).
Come on Pete, let Darwin sort them out.

The wheel bounce back to stop with the stick in front, exactly like in the Indiana Jones movie.

I'm not saying you're wrong but my take is a bit different. I'd say the stick coming to rest in front of the fork is plausible since at least on kids bike wheels, they will endure quite a bit of abuse. That said, here is the sequence as I see it.

second pic: I agree that the tire could very well have been manipulated, in fact I would almost insist that it was considering that by the time he could get the stick that far into the wheel, it probably would have traveled almost completely around to the fork by then.

third pic: When a person goes over the bars, you (I) usually don't hit your (my) shins. Also, the bike is usually facing the other way when it comes to rest unless you (I) were going really fast. Then the bike will flip at least once, sometimes multiple times before coming to rest on the opposite bank of the creek crossing... I mean driveway, yes driveway. However it is plausible that the stick could have rebounded off the back of the fork and during the superman maneuver, the wheel could have rotated backwards so that the stick would be at the front when the bike came to rest.

So I agree that it seems staged.

lol Seriously?

It is a recreation of a famous meme.

Usually the last box is reserved for somebody you want to blame even though you did it to yourself.

Like: Damn you Obama

Damn you Hillary's emails

etc...etc...
