I'm not the original owner.
The bike has 16k now.
Started with 13k.
When I start digging into it I will have a better idea.
Maybe some sandpaper and elbow grease will put this thing right.
The front was never that great but never this bad.

Swapping to a 19" is a direct swap, if you get a wheel with the right bearings for your axle size. Yours has a 3/4" axle, so check the Sportsterpedia to see which years' wheels you can use, if you decide to go that route.
