Yes they have; they've been out for a few years.

I'm 6'2 and i love the Forward controls on my 2004 XL1200C. It did take some getting used to, My old 81 Kawasaki 550 LTD had mid controls and i rode it from the time i was 17 to 23 when i had an accident that screwed up my knees and hips.

My question is for others like me who have bad legs, How did you get your endorsement? I took the Class and Day 1 was classroom and i scored 97 out of 100, but on day 2 we spent and hour pushing the Street 500's around the training area in the Florida summer heat about a year ago and after that my legs were so numb that i couldn't shift to neutral without going into second. I ride almost every day and i have NEVER had to push my bike around that much, Worst case, push it off the road and load it into a pickup to take it back home.

Anyway I ended up washing out and riding anyway, but i would really like to get the endorsement and when it cools off this winter i am about ready to try again, Any suggestions?

Have you tried those "Mini Footboards" the MoFoCo came up with for the Superlow T?

One hour pushing it around? That sounds quite excessive! I am sure Law enforcement officers would find it difficult to replicate
that exercise on their heavy bikes!

Mid-mounts,FXR vibration-reducing pegs, high way pegs with small stock pegs. At 5'5" with a 28 1/2" inseam I have no choice but mid-mounts. I probably have the same amount of knee-bend as a 6' rider has with forwards.

I'm 5'7"ish and I like my fwds. If I need to stand (usually at least once per ride), I use one fwd and one passenger peg.

I also like the mids on the CB1100 I learned on and the mids on the TU250 I took my motorcycle course on. The two sport bikes I've ridden, I can work the rear sets just fine but I just prefer mids and Fwds strictly from a comfort point of view.
