Hey, that's the same brand I use for a while now. I have HF170B installed. The choice to go for this one is the price and even more important: "Hiflofiltro is the world's first and only TÜV approved motorcycle oil filter."
TÜV means something here in Europe. It's no easy certification. Germans know their stuff.

I’m not going to get into “what filter is best” . That becomes an argument.
I’ve used the HiFlo brand. Was expecting a filter made in the EU, (because of the TUV) then found out they are made in Thailand.
The factory looks good and I wouldn’t have a problem using them again.
However, There is no incentive to use HiFlo in the USA.
Harley and Wix are probably the most popular filter for Harley in the USA. Both are quality filters. K&N is also popular and all (including HiFlo) are close in price.

I have read that five micron is for big twins, too restrictive for our sportster oil system.
Maybe someone knows the reality of this?

From what I can gather:
Pre 2004 (2003 and earlier) Sportster specs a 21 micron filter with cellulose media.
2004 and up spec a 5 micron with synthetic media.

I think it's a marketing thing. I can't see where it says that it's a 5 micron filter it only says "Capable of capturing particles as small as 5 microns".
" Filter Efficiency
Filter efficiency refers to a measure of a filter’s ability to collect and retain particles of a specific size. For example, if a filter can collect and retain 95% of particles that are 25 micron-sized or larger, the filter can be said to be 95% efficient at 25 microns. In other words, a micron rating of 25 at 95% efficiency. The same filter may also be able to collect and retain 20% of particles that are 5 microns or larger. In a such case, the filter can be said to be 20% efficient at 5 microns or have a micron rating of 5 at 20% efficiency."
Stating a micron rating without an efficiency is misleading.
