Default Who did that 38T swap on a Rigid?

I've done a search and for the life of me can't find it. Someone here did a 1200 Rubbermount primary gearing swap on their Rigid. It was the 38T sprocket, a chain, and they had to have a .083" (I think) spacer made up to account for the offset of the new sprocket. Other than that it bolted right up.

Who was it?
