Default Fitting an Oil Blowby Hroseshoe to Stock HamCam A/C (with photos)

In another thread I complained that the horseshoe oil blowby adaptor I bought would not work with a 'Universal' A/C mount:

This is how I used the stock A/C hardware.

First measured 2 washers and horseshoe thickness:

Marked this on A/C spacers and parted off on lathe:

Put Breather bolts through A/C baseplace and put cut down spacer on. Worked out where breather hole should be and drilled:

Attached Breather with A/C Baseplate:

How to block off original breather bolts within A/C? Hole is perfect for M8 and I tapped and put in M8 x 15 bolts:

All done. I used a hose with 8mm I/D and passed it over starter and in front of rear swingarm:

On to the next project!

I'd find a way to use some aviation safety wire on those bolts you threaded into the breather bolts. You have one of those back out and it is all over. Nice job on the setup though.
