If you are looking to adjust .0416", I have no idea what to tell you.

If you want to preload the lifter .100" (which puts the stock lifter in the middle of the operating range), you need to know the number of threads per inch of the Crane pushrods you're using. Once you know that, you can determine how many turns to lengthen the pushrod to attain .100" in compression.

I seem to recall Crane Cams pushrods being 1mm thread pitch, which means one turn is .039". To get .100" preload, you need just less than 3 full turns. That gives you .118" preload, and when you tighten the lock nut, you lose a flat or two, which puts you very, very close to .100"

So, 3 turns, I believe, gives you proper preload on an Evo lifter with the valve completely closed and the pushrod first at zero lash. I would verify the thread pitch on the pushrods to make absolutely sure, before you go adjusting them based on my advice. Adjusting them improperly can damage your engine.

Thank you for your answers.
My tappets are Comp Cams V Thunder Hy-Rev and they want one turn adjust to 0416 or 1mm with Comp Cams pushrods.
But my pushrods are Crane and they say 3 turns. I drive now the engine with one turn adjust for safe and it sounds ok i think.
But is it right?

One full turn with Comp cams pushrod gives 0417"
And one turn with Cranes pushrods is 039"
