Default Fatboy Rim on rear of 79?

Will I have issues if I try to use a 16 inch fatboy Rim on the rear of my 79??

I'm doing a rebuild, my rear wheel is shot and I can get this one for 50 bones. I'm just wondering it if I'll have fitment issues. I can't afford to be nostalgic and go buy stock wheels and parts.
