Converting XB Fork Lowers To Sportbike?
Currently I am running 2003 XB9R showa cartridge forks w/41mm stanchions/lower legs. I want to do a conversion to a super light front wheel with conventional brake rotor setup, without having to do a complete fork, tree, and stem swap. So, my thoughts are to just change the lower legs or just the feet to a comparable showa tube size from a sportbike. Has anyone done or know of this being done by someone? Thanks
