ken do you have a clymer manual !!! if so look on page 242 item 38 thats what fell out its back in and runs !!!take a look and let me know what you think !!!! thanks !!!!

I think I know what you're talking about - same thing happened to me. Went to remove the main jet, and the entire tube came out with it, and this little silver colored tube with a small band around it. On it is a tapered end and a flat end I believe. I put mine back in tapered side up and screwed the whole tube and main back into place. I think it's a guide for the needle jet is all?

well thats what i did it runs but now if the rain stops i will go for a ride and see how it does !! i hope it only fits one way ???? i put the small end down !!!

I put it so the tapered or cupped end is facing up - figured it was there to help guide the needle into place. I have ridden my scoot about 50 miles and haven't noticed anything different about it.
