New-B help me!
1975 Iron Head 1000 sportster rigid custom.
Picked up a project in nov and I’m almost done fitting it up but I need some help with the wiring harness. The main problem is that there is none. I'm looking for the specifics on the regulators fuses and relays and connectors to hook them up. also the best place to locate a fuse center if its needed.
Any help is appreciated
Todd

I do have a few simple schematic but not "the specifics" on what to ask for as far as the actual part # if I walk into the Harley shop and tell them to give me a relay I think they’ll look at me like I have two head.
don’t want to look dumber then I really am.
Thanks
Todd

Its a Kick only.
I do have that one.
What I was looking for was when I go to the parts store to get the relays and connectors what specifically to I ask for. just say give me a generic relay for a custom 75 iron head??
This forum is awesome.
I’m used to waiting days on my Auto Cad forum
Thanks to all

No fuses.
1 30 amp circuit breaker.
either 2 or 3, 15 amp breakers [newer ironheads have 3].
the factory manual and the Haynes have full color wire diagrams that are excellent.
Russ' autocad diagram referenced above is the best choice. I would study it then ask questions relative to it.
