Default bobber progress

I've got some updated pics from my build. I am in the proccess of routing the copper oil lines. Hopefully the rubber hoses on the ends will protect the copper from cracking due to vibration. Next, I'll be breaking her down to paint. Hpoefully I'll be able to get another invader rim to put on the front also. Anyone have a front invader rim that has a hub set up for single front disk?

Thanks. My Vette is a 1984...I wish it was the 86. Then I wouldn't have to worry about the crossfire...but that is for a different forum...haha. You have a nice sporty and vette too.

Well,..... I don't have any "Tupperware" in my garage to compare but............

Nice ironhead!!! I'd lose the keychain as such wouldn't want it bouncing against my engine.

Sweet vette. My dad had one of those in the same color except it was an '85. Nice bike too.

The bike has done some evolving. I decided to change out the seat and tank. I also, got my front invader rim, brake, hub and rotor installed.

It took me a while to get used to the skinnier tank since I was so used to seeing the fat tank on there...but now I believe this is the better choice. The paint was done by my buddy at Cool Hand Customs. He is going to paint the rear to match.

I've put the fat tank back on, because I can't make up my mind. I really like the paint on the peanut tank, but it just looks to damn skinny. I did manage to paint the hardtail metallic silver. I've also migrated to the original oil tank at this point. pics below. Does anyone know if there is a place to pic up copper color fasteners?

I think the big tank looks good. It matches well with the big tires and the wide forks.
