the dummy lights are another story but for now this is a mock up of where it is going. I actually have it now mounted on a different bracket that I made from a bar that I purchase from Home Depot.

parts are a tach cup from summit believe it or not for around thirty bucks and a aluminum bar from home depot I cut and bended the bar to mount the cup from the bar to the gas tank front mounting bolt.

oh I almost forgot you can actually take the factory wire harness that runs to the speedo and move them to the tach cup since the cup will have a cut out for the switch and room for the speedo button that has very little leash from the speedo.
