There is also a pictured how-to for a 2002 XL Custom on google that is worth a search. The wiring is a tad different, but it'll definitely help.
Mods Include: KB 1200 flat-top pistons, Andrews N6 Cams, Hand-modified 883 stock heads, V&H Straightshots (original), HD Tachometer Kit, SE airbox/filter, Forward controls, Black "Sportster" Air-filter cover plate, After-market Front pegs and Mirrors.
Also runs off RedLine Synthetic Motor and Gear oil now.
