Rear sprocket is 51 teeth, front is 21. I have installed 49/23. There is an excellent article in the downloads section.

thanks Grayfeather...I have had a Harley in my garage since I was 17 (long time ago)....some years I rode...some years I didn't...but cant imagine not owning a Harley. This 79 Sporty just sorta popped up for sale not too far from my house, so I went to look at it. Needs a little TLC, as it had sat for many years...just glad it was stored indoors and just dry'ed out and dusty...should be all ready to go for the springtime thaw.... :)
