I've been hitting the gym about 4 times a week for the last 2 years, but the last 5 months I've been hitting it HARD! (Mostly upper body) Well on Flat bench right after the new year I did 205 X 1 for my max, last monday I threw up 235 X 2! This is the first time since HS i have flat benched more than my body weight! Now weighing in at 217 and 6 foot 2 :D

I'd love to hit 250 by May and 300 by Dec think it's possible?

Dude I'm 5-11" 175lbs I did the "Increase your bench 50lbs by shawn Phillips! After my third run at it I was pushin 340lbs flat bench in set's of 2 and 3! I highly suggest it if your serious about forging some NEW muscle. WARNING! do the program EXACTLY how it says. If yoou tweek it it WILL tweek YOU. good luck now my bike it about where I want it I can start back up too it's been 5 years since I've seen the inside of a gym...
