OK i really did search for this but the PO installed an adjustable main jet, Keihin butterfly, and was wondering the proper way to adjust it. I know it a weird question cause it adjustable but is there a starting point like the fuel/air mixture? as in all the way in then back out. Its running great but it may run better with the proper settings. I would also think that if its back out too far then its not really adjustable...its just fully open jet...anyway any instructions or past experience?

I'd try 1/4 turn rich at a time until it misses then go 1/4 turn lean until it misses and split the difference.

Awesome, thanks Mick...thats exactly what I was looking for. 4 turns out from seated. Ive been turning ither way while ridding trying to get a cough and then backing out. Id rather start in the right direction. Thanks
