well i decided to keep my sporty.if you all don't remember,i was goin to get a herritage, but i was outside cleaning it the other day and i noticed alot that i like more about my sporty than the the softail.for one the handleing, but thats just the start of it. i really like the fact that i can change from riding my girl on it mode to sleek solo look for when only i'm ridding it. the herriatge is to much work to do that.all i have to do is detach my sissy bar and put my other seat on (not the comfy seat i got for her) and go. plus i really want drag bars and imo the herritage does look right with drags on it. so now i'm goin to put some ass in it.1200 conv and a big bore. i was wondering if you guys could ever forgive me for having such a bad brain fart.thanks for reading and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! be safe don't drink and drive. later. jay.

nah, it's ok to have brain farts, we all have them. I was considering selling my Camaro to fund a kit bike. I'm glad I never did it and scrounged for this sporty I have now. I would have shot myself if I sold the camaro.

Good choice, Jay! We all encounter brain fade from time to time... ;)

I like the BT's, but I always thought comparing them to a Sporty is like comparing a Caprice Classic to a Camaro... Just my 2 cents.

Enjoy your scoot!

Best scenerio....Buy the Heritage and keep the Sporty. Use the BT with the little lady and two up riding. Then set about turning the Sporty into a kick-ass SOLO bar hopper....

Then set about turning the Sporty into a kick-ass SOLO bar hopper....that would be sweet, but i'm not that rich. i've got a mustang too, thats had a little work done to it.i don't think the wife would like a third toy. besides i now have alot planned for the sporty.i'm talking to simons tomorrow about cams and 1200 conv. after that is the 240 wide tire kit. i've been told i'll have atleast 80 at the wheel and with my 160 lb frame i'll be spanking alot of bt's.
