Monstermile

I just installed my Mustang Daytripper yesterday and gave it a little workout. Rode about 150 miles on it. This seat is way more comfortable than stock.
When I first put it on and sat on it I thout it felt kinda hard. But that was a good thing. Seating position contrary to what others have posted lets you sit a little further than stock. I could tell because where I position my feet on the pegs (over the pegs) was the same as with the stock seat, but on the Daytripper I wasn't sitting on the hump like I did on the stocker. Being more narrow in the front is a plus for me because I have shorter legs and big thighs from my days as a power lifter and speed skater. On the stock seat I would get burning at the top of the back of my thighs after about 50 miles. Not on the Daytripper. Comfort lever was alot better than stock. I didn't find myself fidgeting for a comfortable position after 50 or so miles. I stayed put without any problems.
The only things Mustang could have doen to make this seat better would have been to make the passenger area a little taller so there was a little more back support. And also make the side come down closer to the side covers as to block the clips. I'm gonna paint my clips so they won't show up as much.
I was torn between this seat and the Lepera Daytona LT 2-up. But those have to be ordered and I'm a little impatient when it comes to things like that. All in all I'm pretty satisfied with the Daytripper. When I do another 400+ miler is when the real test will be.
