One of the presents I received for my birthday was a bottle of the S100 full bike cleaner. This is the best stuff I have seen to clean a bike. You just rinse your bike off, spray the S100 on and rinse it off. After you are done, you just dry it off. The whole process is over in 15 minutes. About 10 of those minutes is drying. I highly recommend this product. It is around $13 or $14, but it is well worth it. I have seen it advertised in several bike magazines, but I didn't know how well it worked. I'm sold on it. If you have spoked wheels, this is the product for you.

Yeah, I'll second that. I've been using that stuff for a while, it's pricey but it works as advertised. It definitely saves time. The bugs and road grime pretty much just melt away. Only caveat is ya gotta rinse it off before it starts to dry. It'll leave a goo that probably isn't too good for the clear coat and rubber stuff.

Great stuff, I use all S100 products, the wheel cleaner is awesome, as is the the cleaner/wax and the spray wax. For rubber and flat black stuff I still use pig spit. :banana

Thats what I use whenever I wash the bike also... it works great.

Two negatives to watch out for though...
1) Make sure you rinse it all off. If you miss a spot it will leave a white residue behind.
2) Watch out around your state registration sticker. The stickers they give us here in NY will turn white if you let the S-100 sit on them too long or it you brush them while they have S-100 on them. The black printing doesn't come off, but the colored background will come off. Makes the cops look harder when you go through a roadblock.

Harley cleaner in the can is the shit! Just spary it on everything but the vinyl and leather then take a soft cloth and gently go over the entire bike. BOOM! Detaioled to a sparkle.

No rinse, add spray, rinse off and dry. None of that. S-100 is good stuff no doubt but the Harley Cleaner in the can with a soft cloth is quicker and just as good!

My 0.2 cents

:brocoli I'm with Loco - the Harley clean and shine in a spray can is the mouse's tits or shits or something, it's good! Works well on painted, polished, chromed metal and plastic (my son uses it it excessively on his crotch rocket plastic).

Thanks for the info, both of you. I will have to try. I am always leary of the claims some of these products say. Would like to find something to do the quick clean in-between the full washes.

I have tried them ALL and that Harley cleaner in the can is just awesome. Paint, plastic & chrome. Shines real nice and takes me about 5 minutes and I'm gone...Of course it's great when you are just kicking back in the garage with some good tunes and cold beer and then you can really get into show shining the bike with just a spray and a soft wipe.

And now the collest of them all! Mr. Brocolli!!! :brocoli
