It looks like a XR 883 or 1200 Mod that didn't get finished. Storz maybe?

It looks like a early evo too. like Pre-5 speed. Still has a 35mm front end. Oh yeah, that guy would not last 5 minutes at some of the bars I have been too. :boxing

I would not say it is an early EVO. Look at the front brake caliper. Those calipers have only been in use since 2000 I believe. Not an R either as I see only one brake line.

Oh shit!!! The photo must have been taken in Germany or somewhere in Europe. You can tell by those FUUUUUUGGGGGLLLLLLYYYYYY bar end blinkers that all Germans think are SOOOOOOOO cool. German call them oxen eyes. BLEEEAAAACH!!!

Ditto on those fugly blinkers...if not old evo with new calipers, then newer evo with chain retro fit AND skinny 35mm tubes retro as well...retro spokes on rear...
