That's a good link to have Bert, I've used it in the past. Their rake and trail calculator is pretty good too.

They're calculator is nice and it appears from the results that they know what they are talking about... but their diagram is really bad. If you don't already understand what they are trying to say, they diagram could easily lead you to the wrong conclusion. They make it look like the further you rake out your front tire, they more trail you will have :eek:

I think this site (http://www.bikernet.com/garage/rakedtrees.asp) does a better job of explaining trail and rake although they don't have the nice calculator. It should be mandatory reading for anyone that is going to use the calculator.
