Here is my Dyno. Both HP and Torque read right at about 76. Would appreciate comments from the pros. Bike seems to run very well for me.

For a Stage 1 motor, your HP is impressive. In fact, my 04 1200 only made 70 rwhp when it was a Stage 1.

Got a question ... What have you done to your carb? I ask that because your air/fuel ratio (AFR) is all over the place. Within about a 1,200 rpm range it goes from a very lean 14.5 to1 AFR all the way to a rich 12.2 to 1 AFR.

Here is what you should be looking for. This is a pretty flat 13.3 to 1 AFR:

Your AFR settles down real nice to a 13.0 to 1 at the top of your RPM curve, but if could be made flatter in the lower revs, it would make more torque between 2,000 and 4,000 revs. (you can see the dip in the torque curve there)

Anyway, great power at your peak revs!

Turbota:
Carb work is a 45 pilot, 180 main and two shims under stock needle. Yeah, my AFR line is a bit wiggly, but it stays within "the range" in Jetting 101: 12.5 for max acceleration to 14.7 for stochiometric. I can't really think of a way to make it flatter short of replacing the carb???

The AFR cuve looks like he's not running a crossover, but then again, maybe those pipes are comming to life and scavaging at 3500. Looks good enough. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
