I saw a few harleys out there with clubman style handlebars. Cafe style. Where does one find these that fit a harley. I found some, but they are 7/8 inch, and we need 1 inch, right?

They have them I think. edman 1st January 2005, 01:39 Hey, thats my bike in the thumbnail. Bellacorse, aftermarket for the Triumph Bonneville. Ace Bars $74.99 1" bars. I drilled and ran wires inside, no dimples on these bars. http://www.bellacorse.com/bcc039.htm I saw a few harleys out there with clubman style handlebars. Cafe style. A machinist buddy told me to cut a slot under switch housing for wiring instead of dimples. Internal wiring sounds and looks a lot cleaner. BTW I like the BLACK look. edman 1st January 2005, 18:41 Yea it's a bit of a hassle but worth it. I remember trying to feed string through the bars to pull the wires making me crazy. edman, How much of a hassle was it to run internal wiring? I was going to use same bars. Forticus 9th January 2005, 03:59 Edman you are a god among men. Thank you so much.. I had your bike on my wallpaper for what seems like forever. Thanks a lot for the tip. I think I'm going to leave the wires out though. I've always liked the look of the chopper and cafe racer, just because of the pure mechanical look. Wires add to it in my book. 883RRR 31st January 2005, 00:09 Just sent in a message on Cafe_Sportster(Yahoo group) on my clubman bars from bella corse, to make a long story short, bars broke while backing bike into garage! :yikes 2 e-mails to bella corse(11/30/04 and 1/22/05) no answers! :censor After looking at the bars, whoever welded them missed about 50% of the weld on the left handle bar, you all may want to check your bars too! So bella corse doesn't seem to stand behind their products too well, maybe they will after they see this! :rippedoff I can only hope, but meanwhile I am going to try Chainsickle's clip-ons and rearsets as soon as I can budget for it. 883RRR/HDFD edman 2nd February 2005, 04:23 Now that's friggen scary. Take some pictures and post here and send to bellacorse. I have recommended bellacorse many times, hell the link is on my website. I love my bars and I can lift my bike by them, but 1/2 a weld, how about a little quality control guys. I sure hope they at least refund or replace. I sure liked those bars too! Tucked in behind the fairing, the bars were just right, made you feel like Cal Rayborn at Laguna Seca! (dating myself a little there. I saw Cal Rayborn win the Kawasaki Int. Roadrace there in about '75 or so. I was betting on Team Kawasaki ( at 20 I was riding a Kaw 500 with a Tracy Fiberglass Works body and 1/4 fairing, and I lived to tell about it! My dad was betting for Cal Rayborn/Harley Davidson, dad won the bet.) Hopefully bella corse will do the right thing, and all will be forgiven, but geez hurry up a bit! I had to put the stock bars back on, just not the same! I think the clubman bars were made by Hyde of England? TiBaal89 2nd February 2005, 06:11 Wow, bars just broke off? That is scary, indeed. And edman, you can make that 2 people who have at some point in time had your bike as their wallpaper... now, that might mean that we are just pathetic individuals, but I think its more likely that you're bike just KICKS ASS. :D fleiszpelz 2nd February 2005, 14:56 I saw a few harleys out there with clubman style handlebars.
