4th gear dyno run
HP 57.5@6,100 RPM
Torque 68.3@3,600 RPM
Torque greater than 60ft.lbs from 2,100-5,000 RPM
How do you post a dyno run graph? The Gallery wouldn't accept the dyno sheet format.

WMF format on a floppy disk. Can you believe it, it took the dyno operator 40 minutes to figure out how to save an image of the run onto a floppy disk. They told me know one ever asked them to do that before! I don't have a clue about Dynojet software but I was going to ask them to let me have a look at the console. They save the runs in the data base but I'm sure they are not going to know how to overlay one one on top of another for future runs.

Go back to the dyno place. Get them to put the dynojet files onto a new floppy for you. Don't take a used one - no sense of chancing a virus. It is worth the $5 bucks to bring a brand new cellophane sealed package of new floppy disks to get them to copy the one or two data files for you. Go to dynojet.com website - you can download a file which will let you read your own files and overlay subsequent runs on the first to see what your mods have gained you. Importantly, the correction factor information is encoded into the file so, if it is warmer or colder or more humid, etc. you've got a better chance of correcting for conditions when comparing results of different runs that occur. Some of the dyno operators don't have a clue about where to find the actual data files. You will need to navigate to find them. The dynoruns are usually named using the following conventions:
prefix (or the part prior to . ) is usually named hondo or (whatever name they entered for you/your bike) then a period "." and then the suffix which are almost always number series starting with 001. so your first dyno run would be "hondo.001" and so forth. Dynojet RunViewer is a free download. Get your own copies of your own dyno runs.

you'll be happier you did. or :( like I was when the headers for my car yielded NO new horsepower.

Absolutely outstanding information!
I need to pick up a couple of muffler interconnect/crossover gaskets tomorrow so I can install my slip-ons. I'll get copies of the files and I'll be good to go.

It's amazing what good aftermarket exhaust and breather can do for performance when you see stock versus Stage I numbers.
