Prior to leaving for Sturgis I ordered a Tour Master Elite Rain ($50) Jacket and Tour Master Elite Rain Pants w/Nomex ($50) from Dennis Kirk. I used the suit about a half dozen times for maybe 500 miles worth of heavy rain riding. While the suit did not keep me completely dry it did do a decent job.
Upon returning from my trip I noticed a small abrasion in the rain pants.
I went to the Tour Master Website and there is no phone number to contact them. I have now sent them numerous emails and they have yet to respond to any of them.
To me good customer service is as important if not more important than the product itself. As a result I cannot recommend Tour Master or any of their products. As a matter of fact I recommend that you look elsewhere for your rain/cold weather gear.

Dennis Kirk has gone out of their way to help.
Every time I have sent an email to Tourmaster (3 times now) I have copied Dennis Kirk Customer Service. I have spoken with Dennis Kirk CustSvce on the phone and I received numerous emails from CustSvce at Dennis Kirk. The last one stated that they were going to try and get a hold of someone at Tour Master.
All Dennis Kirk can do is send the pants back to Tourmaster and I don't want to be without them while there is still plenty of riding season left.
The point of the matter is that Tour Master cannot even be bothered to reply to an email nor do they give a phone number to contact them.
I feel when I spend my hard earned money on a product I should get decent customer service if needed.
Lastly my last rain suit was an inexpensive Dry Rider. It served me well and the only reason I got the Tourmaster was I wanted rain pants with Nomex on the legs.
Once again Dennis Kirk has been great!!!!
It is Tour Master that $ucks.

Before a 1500 mile trip a few weeks ago, I shopped for wet weather gear. If you look at all the features, the MOCO has some good stuff. Some gear is cheaper but doesn't have the heat shield on the leg, or no stirrup for your boots, or no drawstring around the middle of the jacket, no hood on the jacket, etc. I purchased the 'Packable" rain gear from H-D,

Had to use it a few times, it did what it's supposed to do. Price was about $120.00, worth it IMO.

My buddy who went with me to Sturgis had the HD rainsuit (gray/orange). It kept him completely dry while my Tourmaster did let a little water in down the front of my jacket.
