Well I said before that Fox Creek Leather Rocks.

I spoke too soon

About six weeks ago I set my jacket to them to be repaired a seam split.
Three weeks later it was returned the seam was never touched. I set it back and two weeks later after a phone call Fox Creek still has not touched it. So, I wait.
My jacket is only six months old.

That's disappointing to hear, I've heard a lot of good things about FCL. There's the problem with going to small companies - Uncle Dave does a big part of the work, he gets the flu or something and the place falls apart.
I usually get my leather duds through Chilhowee. I've always been satisfied with the prices, quality, and speed, and customer service is A++. Never had a bad experience with them.
