Another great idea! There may be some 'system' related issues, but it might be worth investigating.....

It's available on other forums I frequent that use vBulletin and Bert is running the newest version of it

Not sure how or if it can be done here. But there's another forum I hang out at on occasion that allows you to attach an attachment, so it can be done if set up for it I guess.
