Can any of you guys tell me if these shocks will work on my 04 883 std. We be riding some two up. About 300 lbs. Is this a good price. Thanks for the help.

I weigh about 270 and have the heavy duty progressive 13.5in 412's. I would not recommend a shock unless you go heavy duty progressive's at that weight. You WILL bottom out the standard progressives in that auction. I have bottom out mine on the soft setting on occasion. Just my .02.

i have the 11" heavy duty 412's and weigh 230 and have had no problems so far.

I've got a set of them on my Scoot!!! I'm 6'1" 240lbs. and have never had a problem bottoming out, but I also ride Solo!!! :D

i got the 11" heavy duty ones.
progressive recommend if over 200lbs rider/pillion/luggage weight go with the heavy duty ones.
