I noticed that there are some stikys like "Why badmouth the sportster?" or "Sportster fans, tell us why!" As if we really have to defend or love for sportsers. But there are those out there who actually have the gull to say that Harley made the sportster because they wanted to make a bike for Girls and any guy that would ride one needs to explain himself, OH REALLY This was the first muscle bike ever made Fella. Anyway I posted a thread called "Sporty V Public Tranport" this probably shouldn't have been a thread but an experience that was part of a bigger thread. So I'm making a thread for such experience. I sure would like to here some of yours.
I have another experience that was kind of funny.
A couple of months ago while riding home, I went by a High School that was getting out. While stopped at a red light a small pickup truck stopped next to me. That guy in the pickup started revving his pickup and gave me a hard look, I just stared back.
Suddenly the girl sitting next to him popped her head over his shoulder and said "NICE BIKE CAN I COME FOR A RIDE!"
I looked at the dude and said "Can I, would that be alright with you?" :D
He just gave me a harder look.
I said "Probably not today young lady, maybe later"
She said "to bad, soooo sexy"
The light turned green I just took off laughing my a$$ off.
