ticket sign-off help

i am in need of some stock 03 pipes. i got pulled over and got a fix it ticket. i just need them for a day at most. i can throw in some cash or buy your stock pipes if i can, thank you. btw the deadline is july 11. i am located in the north bay. if anyone has some stock pipes laying around or can point me to someone who does, anything helps. thanks

Pull your baffles and stuff them with fiber glass. Tell the cop you put quiet baffles on. Can anyone cofirm if that will work?

i tried convincing the cop that the pipes were quiet enough, but the cop used to ride and knew what a thunderheader was so it didnt work. the vc code was not a noise ticket, but just a modified exhaust. so even if it did pass it was still modded from the factory which apparently is a no no

Actually Oklahoma does have a no mod to exhaust law. Rarely is it upheld but does exist

any help anybody? i know some california members have some pipes lying around. ill ride within 100 miles and give you cash to borrow some stock exhaust. ill swap on the spot and leave my thunder header as collateral.

all i have are the mufflers is that OK?? they are from a 2004 bike and they do say that they comply with the 80dB sound standard!

PM me so we can exchange info so you can get this ticket signed off... also if you want you can have an officer in Sac sign it off just be prepared to pay a "fine" (or fix it ticket fee) a the court house they increased the fix-it ticket prices recently to as much as $80 sometimes more depending on the offence!
