Oh ya, pay special attention to page 24. It might be of interest to you. Specifically this little bit, "Engine wear actually decreases as oil ages."

Found that article some time ago - very informative but as you point out, the greatest revelation was that you can damage your motor by changing the oil too often.

I'm sure some people here would be very interested to learn this.
