How would someone this far away get you to tear apart the motor and see how its running and tune it. I cant imagine shipping the whole bike. Crate up the motor and exhaust and send them. Do you dyno and tune crate motors?

Hmm, we have a run-in stand, but it's not hooked to the dyno. Not that it couldn't be, it's just I've never had the need. Generally when we do a motor for someone that's getting shipped out, it's too new to abuse it on the dyno. Sorry I don't really have a good solution. We'd sure be happy to do what we could if you could get the bike here, though.

be over a thou to send the back there and back...cheaper to send just the motor.

Skis or: studded tires, chains, 3rd wheel, whatever it takes. What an adventure that would be, eh.
