View Full Version : How to remove MicroTach? Gone 13th February 2008, 15:42 Hi everyone. This thread is directed at Speedway Instruments: I am going to change out my front master cylinder where my MicroTach is attached, how best do I remove it from there and re-attach it to the new one? I used the stock sticky pad that came on the tach. Great product BTW! David jgaither 13th February 2008, 16:30 David, If you pull at one corner you will be able to remove it from the master cylinder with just a little effort. Go slow. Then just use your finger to rub off the adhesive tape. You can get a roll of exterior 3M adhesive tape from Home Depot or other store and cut a piece for replacement. Cheers, Justin Hi everyone.
