yea very cool. i'm rebuilding, and changing....my 81XLH, a first for me. i've posted pictures at this site but i need to get a website set up since there's far more pictures than i'd want to burden the good folks here with. plus, i could blog a bit too.

I did it in 20 minutes on a dialup running at 28.8
You will want to edit your pics to decrease the size & crop, you want to keep the at 40k or less.

Had a '74 Ironhead that i had to rip all the wiring out of and re-do from scratch. Sure was a lot easier to work on those than the new ones. Good luck with the project.
