I can't find anything anywhere to tell me if the 13 spoke cast wheel from an 01 sporty would fit on my 05 custom.

Any and all help greatly appreciated.

Well, it should, I think the axle is the same size, it was the rear axle they stepped up on, and the rotor should swap over off your 21.

BTW, when you go to install the tire, the 21 will come off with the fender on, but a 100/90/19 will need to have the fender removed to get it on.

Your going to love the way the 19 will help your bike ride and handle.

I will need to remove the fender to get the new tire on...can I assume that the fender can then be replaced or do I need to get a new fender for the 19" tire? Thanks for the help. I am now looking at a new take-off from an 05 883L.

I've been told the front fenders are the same so all you need is the wheel and maybe a spacer.

OK, I got a good deal on a new take-off wheel. $50. Now I need a tire. Don't think I want another Dunlop. What's a good tire to look for?

Man wish I could find a wheel for $50. I'm going to try an ME880 on Saturday. I've heard pretty good things about them.
