Hello Everyone,
I told myself many years ago that I could not understand what was the big deal about Harley's. My friend owns a 2003 Road King and let me take a closer look at it. I am a real nut when it comes to engineering and craftsmanship. I told him I would never buy a Harley I felt it cost too much, until ...
I moved to Las Vegas in Oct when I say moved, I mean the Air Force moved me. It took me awhile but I finally went to Rider's Edge in Las Vegas in Nov 2007. I started looking at Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki. I wanted to be sure about the feel. I tell you what the Roadster felt good. She talked to me and it felt so right. That's right I bought one. The curves, the muscle and feel were undeniable. I was hooked.
I have done nothing to the bike except for the windshield, foot pegs, hand grips, and a lay back license plate. And have hit the miles almost 800miles. I figure this weekend I will put 200 more for my first service.
Nothing else to say except Ride Hard and for those who are old enough to remember Romeo Void, "Never Say Never"!
