I don't have my maintenance manual here at work to take a peek - how hard is it to remove the rear wheel? It looks like I just have to put the bike on the lift, loosen the belt adjuster, remove the axle and belt, and it should drop right out.

I just ordered a Metzeler ME880 160/80-B16. This is the wider tire that is supposed to fit on '04s and above. I hope so! The existing clearance between my stock 150 and the belt guard is tiny! I'm a little nervous...

Depending on what exhaust you have,you have to remove the rear muffler.The axel slides out that way
