Well lets see where to start, My name is Darryl I'm 27 I live in San Francisco bay area in California. I just picked up a 1972 Sportster that will be my first project bike. I was not planning on this project but happen to find this bike sitting on the side of this house while I was out and about Saturday . I said what the hell went up to the door and was talking with the older guy. Next thing I knew I was handing him $300 buck and pushing the bike down the road back to the house (with two flat tires cause I could not get a truck) Anyways I was looking around the forum and found alot of useful threads so I signed up. So most likely I will be asking alot of questions and looking forward to everyones knowledge. I will try and post some pics of the bike this week, its a project but everything is there.
