And no it wasn't me that diminished your rep, I'm not yet a dues paying member so I have no rep (that's true in life too), nor can I enhance or diminish anyone's rep (I don't think). oysters come by the bushel too, but usually not worth it unless you can get them fresh from the water so they are still briney from the salt water. After being packed in melting ice, they tend to rinse themselves of that salty flavor.
slurp them back as fast i can on thanksgiving day!

....Yea I know... we used wander down to Blau's Oyster field pick 'em by hand and toss 'em in a BAG..... LOL

Don't sound to bad. But i am like a goat. i will eat anything. Here is a recipe i found for it. Is this the way you make it bill?

Haggis
1 sheep's paunch
heart, lung and liver of sheep
salt
white pepper
hot red pepper (cayenne preferred)
1 pound beef suet
1/8 tsp. nutmeg (or less to taste)
2 onions, chopped
6 oz. oatmeal, toasted
3/4 pint beef stock

you scots have a lot of food over there that sounds good.
