Well somehow I managed to bend my friggin rim. I dont remember hitting anything, but what's done is done and it has to be replaced now. I love the 21 I have up front now and am going to stay with the same size for sure. I'd like to get something to maybe set my sporty apart a little though. Anyone ever run a 60 spoke rim, or have a pic's with one on a bike? Also, does anyone know of where to find a good deal. I keep seeing some of the same dealers on ebay one inperticular "KC International Wholesale store" . Anyone ever delt with'em . I'm wondering if there stuff is crap or now. Here's link to one of their rims http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/21-X-3-25-60-SPK-TWISTED-HARLEY-DAVIDSON-WHEEL_W0QQitemZ4589190022QQcategoryZ35578QQrdZ1QQc mdZViewItem . Any insight would be greatly appreciated

In the long run, the chrome spokes and hub may rust since there so hard to clean. Maybe aluminum hub and stainless spokes would be better??

This is mine with a 60 spoke 21 front and 40 spoke 16 rear. It has an aluminum hub and stainless spokes so it cleans up easy. However, I can't tell you what it costs or where to get one since it was a friends first attempt on his chopper he was building and he gave it to me.

Why not just get a take-off replacement 21" wheel and get it powder coated.
Something like a red rim, and black spokes.

I used the stock hub and twisted stainless spokes from Buchanan. I love the look, and it didn't even cost much. You can lace and true the rim yourself or you can have someone else do it for you. I built my own stand to save money.

No red rims for me. Would'nt look right on my bike, it's 100th gunmetal blue. Plus I already have a ton of chrome and have steadly been taking everything off of the bike that is black and colormatching it to the bike. Maybe I should post a pic of my bike so you can get an idea.

Buchanan will straighten the rim if it's not too bad

Personally, I dislike spokes, they do look cool, but the maintenance, cleaning and the ride real take away the good looks.

Try this one instead......
