turfpro 20th November 2005, 01:33 If I powder coat my fork legs will these still fit? Powder coat is probally thicker than chrome, so Im guessing no?
fafcpa 20th November 2005, 19:18 sb2005 -
Went to the Superbrace website and looked at the demonstration.
Could you explain how they work for me. I do not understand why in the superbraced fork, the flexing is prevented when the superbrace is mounted above the flexing when you look at the unsuperbraced fork.
Thanks for the help,
Fred
sb2005 21st November 2005, 18:16 turfpro:
It depends on the thickness of the powder coat. If the powder coat is too thick, you can sand away some of the thickness to fit the brace.

daesdaemar 23rd November 2005, 02:37 Placed my order quite a while ago... any idea how long for delivery???
fafcpa 23rd November 2005, 02:40 The website says somewhere that the orders will be completed after the group buy is completed. My guess is they will probably be shipped the first week in December.
Fred
sb2005 23rd November 2005, 02:42 The Group Buy ends November 30th. Then, depending on the shipping location, please allow 4-6 weeks for manufacturing, polishing and shipping.
Thanks for your order
fafcpa 23rd November 2005, 02:44 Boy, was my guess wrong!!!!!!!!!
sb2005 23rd November 2005, 17:52 fafcpa:

turfpro 24th November 2005, 03:40 Thanks I ordered one yesterday! :)
Id also like to know who does your anodizing? Im in CA also and Im guessing there isnt alot places to have this done. Might be a better choice than powder coat.
94Sporty 25th November 2005, 04:32 I ordered mine back on the 12 of November, got the receipt via e-mail but have not been added to the list on the group buy page. Is there a problem with my order that I should be worried about or did you just miss me when adding to the list? Hope there is no problem.

sb2005 28th November 2005, 19:54 94sporty,
I looked into your brace order and it was filled. In some of the earlier orders, if the user name was blank, a number/ code was assigned to the order.
Thanks for partipating in the 39mm Group Buy,

sb2005 29th November 2005, 17:54 turfpro,
Thanks for ordering.
Yes, you're right about anodizing. We hard black anodize SuperBraces at Embee. They're really good and based out of Santa Ana, CA. :clap
