Can somebody tell me how to view the history on a Vista machine? I can't seem to find it and I am snooping on my son's machine but I personally have XP on my machine. Appears I can't trust him

Kids now days have grown up in a high tech world. Many know how to delete history, cookies, and temp files after each use. Password protect a lot of things too. (kinda like smoking cigarettes out away from the house as a kid in my day and thinking Mom & Dad would never know, yeah right)

Unfortunately (or fortunately) my son isn't bright enough to cover his tracks and has always been the world's worst liar. He simply doesn't know how. I managed to get his MySpace password and he was dumb-founded as to how I got it and I threatened to delete his account and delete his email address (eyes got big as saucers and almost cried). Again, fortunately for me, he doesn't know how to get another email address anywhere else as he thinks the one I gave him is the only one he can have.....since Dad is the cableguy!

I caught my son (12 years old) with porn sites in his history. Lost computer priveledges for a month. I pulled the processor and locked it up in our safe. Told him that if he deleted the history, changed his passwords, or was caught again I'd double the loss of priveledges each time. Haven't had a problem since. Just don't know whats going on when he goes to his friends' houses. But then, I guess boys will be boys. It's not like I wasn't hiding Playboys when I was his age. :shhhh

Don't go snooping if you can't accept what you might find is my advice.
