I will not say that his engine is not making a lot of power, but I think that 300 FPT is a bit of a overstatement.

Of course if he had a dyno sheet to prove it..........

Profesional racer, is going to know what his machinery puts out. That's in any form. It is running nitromethane. Just the work to make an engine capable of the stresses that running nitromethane causes. Will make if very powerfull.

He's not gonna tell everyone what he's making!!!! no good racer does that.

I saw a feature on the Speed Channel on this XR750 hillclimber. It is the National Champion BTW. I asked my Indy why the fastest most powerful Sportsters are only 750cc's . This fact must cause a lot of chargrin to the guys who spend thousands of $$$ for extra cubes and the XR 750 will still kick their ass :doh Myself included
