I picked up my XLH883 on new years eve from Frasers in Wollongong (Aust). The salesman was very helpful and was able to answer most of my questions straight off but those that he didn't know the answer for he found out.
What really impressed me was this. It was a second hand bike with a stage one but the pipes changed back to the stock ones for sale. The included Harley pipes had, had the baffles removed which I was a bit worried about as I like my neighbours and leave for work early in the morning. He had another customer with the same pipes on order who intended to remove the baffles. Knowing that my pipes were what he was after and his pipes would suit me perfectly he brokered a swap. Everyone is happy and was done at no charge.
That sort of service topped off with what I know is a good price has made the whole purchasing experience a very happy one for me and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
