anyone painted there chrome spoke wheels ? if so how successfull has it been ? thanks.

Many years ago I tried it... Not real successful, High pressure washer removed about 30% of it the first time I degreased them....
Powder Coat Works extreamly well. You can coat over your chrome with a translucent color and it appears to be colored chrome.

I have my wheels powder coated red on my bike. Turned out real well and didn't cost much to get done.

yeah i ve decided to go the same way with powdercoat.
