Before posting in this area, I kindly ask that you honor a few simple requests ...
- Please allow us to perform customer service directly; a public forum is not the right place. Whether it's order status, returns, questions about your project, an estimate, whatever, please give us a call at (303) 833-4500 and allow us to help you. Alternatively, ping us at tech@nrhsperformance.com , just keep in mind that the phone has priority, and many questions require lengthy dialogue that can be cumbersome by e-mail. We can often accomplish more in a 5 minute phone call than in a week of exchanging e-mails.
- Please limit the discussion in this area to NRHS products, services, and projects. I'm happy to answer questions and discuss what we've got going on, to the extent I have time. However, if you want to discuss someone else's products or services, please use the other areas of the forum as appropriate.
- Please show us the courtesy of allowing us to respond to questions from customers or potential in this section without engaging in a debate from interested third parties. We realize that other people may have different views than us; we respect that and only ask that you use the appropriate areas of the forum for those debates & discussions.
- If for some reason you need to contact me, please either PM me, or e-mail me at aaron@nrhsperformance.com , rather than start a thread.
