Check out that link for a $10 glove box bag for the rear of the bike. After shipping it's only $16. It's usually $30, which seems like a good deal anyway. I guess it would have been better to wait and recieve it so I could post a review but... some of ya might want a cheap bag. It's on close out, have no idea how many they have. TBags closeout section kinda rocks, has a lot of great deals on bigger bags too...
Anyway, hope its a good link fer ya'll. Check out the other close out stuff.
Lol, and they have a cool new tank bag...

Its not really my thing, but it looks like a decent tank bag for the sporty.
Cool all, bye.
Gary 14th December 2005, 05:22 I have a buddy that told this story a year ago.... His cousin was home for the holidays last year, he's an American manager at a Chinese manufacturing plant. This plant makes all kinds of nylon bags branded for various manufacturers. They got to talking about motorcycles and the cousin says.. you may have heard of one of our lines.. they're called T-Bags. So my buddy asks if he ever has any rejects that he can send him. His cousin said "hell with the reject i can give you brand new any style you want.. just let me know what you want".
How come I can't have any cool cousins that work in China :(

tcspannerwrench 15th December 2005, 19:50 just placed my order like said ten bucks is worth a try
mikeabe 15th December 2005, 19:56 In the picture on the website, it shows a rack behind the backrest. I wonder if it would work without the rack?
phedup 15th December 2005, 19:59 Thanks for heads-up Paulie!! Just ordered mine.
phed waves
punkmxcn 15th December 2005, 19:59 hey paulie, how do you like those sideshots? i was thinking of getting a set, it's either those or bassani pro streets.

Yea, I am wondering the same too... I don't have a rack... I just ordered because of the price. If they NEED one, tbags has a really cheap (And really cheap LOOKING) backrest for $35. Its an OPTION.... I wanna order one of their large bags for over night trips. They look awesome, and have a few good ones in that close out section... can't beat those close out prices.
IMO....

Right on, I will have to pick one up after Xmas... still think the bag is a good deal, bet I'm the 1st to recieve so... I'll post when I get it.
Anyone looking for a CHEAP (Lol, and cheap LOOKING) rack Tbags sells one:
...Actually, they are gone now! Guess close out means close out NOW. All the Large bags are sold too now. Guess I may go for one of those Mediums... everyone stay away. Ha.
Chucky 16th December 2005, 03:32 Thanks Paulie. I have been wanting a bag. Looked at some like this one (maybe nicer) but they were almost $200. Figure you can't go wrong for $10. It looks like without a rack, this bag could be reverse to sit on the rear seat pillon when riding solo. Can probably bungie cord on with a passenger.
txsporty 16th December 2005, 04:04 Thanks for the Links!!!:clap :clap :clap
Moker 16th December 2005, 04:17 bet I'm the 1st to recieve so...

Paulie420 16th December 2005, 04:28 how much you wanna bet?

Sport-Ed 16th December 2005, 04:43 Musta been standin out the back door a' the place when ya ordered, huh Moker?

WinXP 17th December 2005, 23:33 Thanks for the link.
Just order a Texan Deluxe TB550FC.
mikeLI_77 18th December 2005, 01:22 if you need a rack they have them on sale also.
http://www.tbags.com/CloseOutDetail.aspx?ID=33&SelectedCat=6
and like said before you don't have to have a rack unless you are going 2up. I use mine on the rear seat pad and it works as a back rest as well.
tcspannerwrench 24th December 2005, 17:12 well i got mine the other day nice little bag, i think it will work good backwards sitting on the pasanger seat i realy dont want a rack.
I assume the straps with the webbing that came with it is to attatch it to a bigger T-Bag?
Paulie420 27th December 2005, 03:25 Just an update, I recieved my bag before Xmas... and put it on, it rocks! I had to put it on the sissy bar on the 2up seat, beacause I don't have a rack. It's a really nice place to put gloves, wallet, cellphone, etc... I've even taken the saddlebags off. With this and my fork bag there is a bit of storage... But, for $15 delivered I think its a REALLY awesome deal.
They are still available if anyone else wants one... I wanna get some type of plastics for the inside, and turn it into a badass rigid bag. Is there PVC that goes that big a round? What other material could be used? My friend used regular PVC on a fork bag and it is perfect. Super hard, he just cut a rectangle hole in the top... really nice. I would love it if we could do that for this bag.
What did anyone else think about them? I think its great... for $10. :D
Later guys...
Chucky 27th December 2005, 04:00 Got mine right before Christmas and it looks great for the price. What's with the straps clipped into the bag, and what's with the piece of webbing with the four male connectors?
Paulie420 27th December 2005, 04:28 The straps clipped into the bag are for hooking onto the tun signal metal part to secure it down... and the webbing thing is for if you buy one of their medium or large bags, this sit on top and that webbing covers it and it clicks into the larger bag... so you can roll with both... I should post some pics, at least thats how I installed mine. :D
Smokermike 27th December 2005, 04:51 yup I know whaere to get the PVC for that paul no big let me know we set it up
Chucky 27th December 2005, 05:24 Thanks Paulie.
Paulie420 28th December 2005, 02:17 I just used 8" PVC pipe and made my $10 Tbag a rigid style... its almost damn perfect! I should have made it a tiny bit longer, so it filled the bag to the brim... and, if I could have found 10" it would have been PERFECT. Currently, I used the peice I cut out of the top to wedge behind the PVC... and it makes for a pretty solid setup. But, if I can find PVC just a bit larger and cut it a tiny bit longer, it'd be a $100 bag!!! :D
I also did my front fork bag, and it came out PERFECT. However, the zipper on that was just too small and I had to cut the PVC in half to get it wedged in... but a bit of black electrical tape matches the black PVC and it looks and feels perfect.
I'm pumped, even on this little task... just made some dumpy bags look pretty damn spiffy.
I got to use the Dremel 400 set I got for Xmas. That little thing really kicks ass. It screams really loud tho when cutting. I dunno if I used the best cutter, I used the long drill-bit style one, and it cut through the thick PVC fairly easy. Love the tool, sure I'll find a lot of good uses for it...
Still trying to keep the $10 Tbag thread going, with an hour of playing you get a really nice bag.
